CP Development Co., a joint venture led by Lennar Corp., said Thursday that it is contributing $7.3 million to the San Francisco Foundation on behalf of residents of the Hunters Point Shipyard/Bayview community for job training and affordable housing.The contribution marks the first installment of $37.5 million dedicated for job training and affordable housing as part of the development of the Hunters Point Shipyard Phase II-Candlestick Point project
