The Future Has Arrived

Golden Gate Global High Unemployment TEA Project20 years in the making, the San Francisco Shipyard development – a Golden Gate Global EB-5 project is nearing completion and opening its doors to new residents and a wide range of businesses.

Situated 15 minutes from downtown San Francisco and 45 minutes north of the bustling Silicon Valley, The SF Shipyard is located in one of America’s most vibrant communities. The 775-acre master-planned development will provide opportunities for people to live, work, play and raise families in a new waterfront community with 12,100 new housing units, five million square feet of commercial space, one million square feet of retail space, and 350 acres of parks and recreational open space.

As a public/private partnership between the City and County of San Francisco and Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN), one of the largest residential builders in the U.S., The San Francisco Shipyard has been honored for excellence in planning, sustainability, community involvement, and its economic transformative potential. It is the City of San Francisco’s largest-ever development project.

Landing Opens

The newest collection of homes at The SF Shipyard, Landing, officially opened on March 16, 2019. Landing offers a collection of high-end attached new one- to three-bedroom homes that range from 600 to 1,550 square feet of living space.

The homes offer sophisticated design details, open-concept living areas, and modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and integrated home automation voice activated by Amazon Alexa.

Life at The San Francisco Shipyard also comes with unique community amenities, including several parks, preserved open space, public art installations, commanding bay views, a playground and The Storehouse an onsite specialty general store.
