Construction Update - February 2026
- The hotel and restaurant are open
- All building exteriors are complete (siding, masonry veneer, roofing, windows, lighting, etc.)
- Exterior site landscaping is complete
- Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall construction activities are complete
- The interior finishes are installed in all the hotel rooms and dining areas
- The spa and pool areas are open
- Furnishings are in place
Construction update - July 2025
- Site Walls/Foundation: The site mass grading is complete. The small retaining wall at the east of the clubhouse building was installed. The site walls were 95%+ completed this period with the masonry block walls generally installed at the front entry and the steel/wood interior screens in place.
- Site Electric: The site electric was generally installed. The conduit was installed. The transformers and switchgear was set. The electrical main components in the building were installed through the switchgear and transformers. Gas services were set but were waiting for connections
- Wet Utilities: The site water, sewer, and storm drain main lines were installed. The grease interceptor was installed.
- The concrete flat work was approximately 95% poured throughout the site. The pavers were installed at the rear of the clubhouse and west of the community center. The entry drive circle pavers were in progress to 90%.
- Pools: The pools are complete through the pool coping, tile and gunite. The pool decks were poured.
- Landscaping: The trees are complete throughout the site. The irrigation is complete. The drains are installed. The planting around the building was 90% complete at the west and east village, 25% at the front buildings.
Construction Update by Buildings:
Clubhouse
- The exterior is complete through the roofing and windows. The exterior is complete through the siding and masonry veneer. The entry canopy structure was installed, the ceiling was framed and veneer was in place at the columns.
- The interior is complete through the mechanical rough. The plumbing top out is complete. The HVAC ducting is complete. The electrical rough is complete. Fire sprinkler rough is complete. The ceiling framing was completed at the first floor, ceiling materials were stored on site.
- Drywall is complete. Painting of the drywall was complete but touch up..
- The HVAC hood equipment was installed at the kitchen and the hood surround was set. Kitchen floor tile was complete. The elevator was complete. The stairs and rails are complete. At the second floor, the units are complete through the cabinets and tops as well as tile at the bathrooms. The bar is complete through the setting of the cabinet bases, the trim was in progress.
North Village 1
- This period the exterior of the buildings are complete through the roofing and windows. The siding was in place. The upper deck waterproofing was installed. Stairways were installed to the second floor.
- The exterior walkways were installed. The exterior rails and privacy panels were complete.
- The interior of the hotel rooms was complete through the painting of drywall and trim. Interior cabinets, tops, shower doors were in place. The plumbing, HVAC, Fire Sprinkler and electrical trim were generally in place. Flooring was in place and furnishings were in progress.
North Village 2
- This period the exterior of the buildings are complete through the roofing and windows. The siding was in place. The upper deck waterproofing was installed. Stairways were installed to the second floor.
- The exterior walkways were installed. The exterior rails and privacy panels were complete.
- The interior of the hotel rooms was complete through the painting of drywall and trim. Interior cabinets, tops, shower doors were in place. The plumbing, HVAC, Fire Sprinkler and electrical trim were generally in place. Flooring was in place.
Event Center
- The event center is complete through the roofing, siding and windows. The sliding doors were in place. The columns have masonry wrap in place. The soffit wood finishes were installed. The service kitchen is complete through the equipment and drywall. The commercial kitchen is complete but pickup. The event area kitchen was generally installed.
Spa Building
- The exterior is complete through the painting of siding and trim, roofing, windows, doors and downspouts. The patio was complete. Screen walls are complete. The interior is complete through 90% of the painting. Flooring was generally installed. The tile was essentially complete.
Construction update - April 2025
- The site walls are nearly complete with most masonry block walls installed and the steel/wood interior screens are in place.
- The concrete flat work is poured throughout a majority of the property.
- Walkways to the building are installed.
- Pavers are installed throughout the property.
- Landscaping work is underway.
- The pool decks are poured.
- The exterior roofing and window work are complete.
- The siding and masonry veneer work are complete.
- Many interior contractor trades are complete such as mechanical rough in, plumbing, HVAC ducting, electrical rough in, fire sprinkler rough in, ceiling framing at the first-floor level, most drywall installation throughout the buildings, and elevator as well as stair installation to name a few.
Construction update - January 2025
- The project anticipates obtaining a TCO (Temporary Certificate of Occupancy) by Q4 2025.
- The exteriors of all newly constructed buildings are being finished.
- Hotel buildings have standing seam metal roofing installed, and building wrap and siding are in progress.
- The interior mechanical rough-in is being finished.
- The south paving of the property is done.
- The site’s electrical, water, sewer, and storm drain main lines are installed.
- Windows are installed for the hotel buildings.
- The pool gunite is poured.
- Interior wall framing is complete and drywall is in progress.
- Insulation is installed throughout the hotel buildings.
- Stairways are installed.
- Prime painting of the drywall is in progress.
Construction update - November 2024
- Doors and windows are stored at the site and are being installed on 14 of the hotel building components spread across the property.
- Large sheets of Tyrex are being wrapped around the outer structures of the buildings to prevent water moisture and wind damage to the framed hotel components.
- HVAC and plumbing subcontractor work is ongoing.
- Hardscape and stone paver installation work is starting.
- Pool concrete pours are finished.
- Exterior design & facade framing and stonework is ongoing.
- Electrical and plumbing supplies are stored on site. Electrical work is ongoing throughout the development.
- Painting and finish work will start in 2025.
