Golden 1 Center, an NBA arena, and its surrounding DOCO mixed-use district were developed by JMA Ventures, one of the most respected real estate developers. Golden Gate Global was selected to structure and deploy EB-5 capital for the project, supporting construction and helping bring the development to completion. The project was successfully delivered by the developer, and all EB-5 job creation requirements were met.
