Golden Gate Global’s 19th EB-5 project has officially broken ground in the scenic Greater Mammoth Area of California. The Mammoth Collection will deliver two new hospitality assets — a Residence Inn by Marriott and a Hampton Inn by Hilton — while further strengthening Golden Gate Global’s reputation for pairing world-class development opportunities with immigration success for investors worldwide.

The project builds on Golden Gate Global’s long record of investor achievements, including the issuance of more than 1,200 green cards to EB-5 investors and their families, and the repayment of capital to over 550 investors. With this foundation of trust and proven results, the Mammoth Collection is positioned to be another milestone in the firm’s journey of combining high-quality real estate with reliable immigration outcomes.

Construction Progress on Schedule

Work on the project is moving forward right on schedule. Construction for the Residence Inn by Marriott began in August 2025, starting with site mobilization, land clearing, tree removal, and other preparatory steps. In September, crews are carrying out grading for the hotel site, with underground utilities and off-site concrete and footings installation planned in the weeks ahead.

Construction activity for the Hampton Inn by Hilton is scheduled to begin in November 2025, with site mobilization, followed by demolition and grading shortly thereafter. This phased approach ensures that each property receives the attention necessary to deliver to brand standards while maintaining efficiency across the overall development of the hotel assets.

Commitment to Investors

Golden Gate Global remains steadfast in its mission to serve investors’ immigration and financial goals. By aligning with top developers and flagship hospitality brands, the firm ensures that its projects are designed not only to create U.S. jobs and meet EB-5 program requirements, but also to generate sustainable, long-term real estate value.

Strong Investor Demand

With only 45 units available for subscription, Golden Gate Global expects the Mammoth Collection to be fully funded within a month of launch. The EB-5 program has also witnessed an unprecedented surge in interest from the H-1B community following recent policy announcements, further accelerating demand.

With timely execution, trusted brand partnerships, and Golden Gate Global’s established history of success, the Mammoth Collection is poised to deliver meaningful impact for investors, the local community, and the EB-5 industry at large.
