The Anasu Resort Phase 1A project encompasses the development of a luxury community, including five-star, 40-key hotel, 164 residential lots, and a private residence club. Set across 22,000 acres of fully entitled land in California’s renowned wine country, the resort is part of a master-planned community that combines world-class hospitality, fine dining, and event experiences in one of the state’s most celebrated destinations.
This EB-5 project qualifies for the program’s 20% rural visa set-aside, granting investors priority processing and current priority dates across all countries. The project is now fully subscribed, and nearly half of its investors have already received I-526E petition approvals.
Below, Mr. M. N. shares his personal experience and insights from his EB-5 journey.
Which EB-5 project did you invest in? What is your current immigration status?
I invested in the Anasu Resort EB-5 project through Golden Gate Global. My I-526E approval came amazingly fast, only 4 months after I filed. Now I am in the process of NVC (National Visa Center) preparation.

What were the key factors that influenced your decision to choose the Anasu EB-5 project over others?
One of the biggest reasons that I selected Anasu project is that I found their hotel development business plan to be very solid and their information transparent. On top of that, the project received I-956F approval from USCIS. This means that the Anasu project has been approved from the standpoint of both the business plan and the job creation forecast, officially. This I-956F approval gave me a great peace of mind.

What was the hardest part of the EB-5 investment process?
One of the most difficult tasks during the EB-5 process is to provide the source of funds. My case was complex, and I spent many hours collecting and organizing a large volume of documents.
I remember that as one of the most challenging phases of the process. However, with the effective support from the attorney team, I was able to organize everything, leading to the successful outcome with my I-526E approval.

What advice can you give to future investors?
