Xiaofan Doolittle

Xiaofan Doolittle is a Director of Business Development, US Market of 3G Financial, LLC, Golden Gate Global’s affiliated broker-dealer. She leads and assists with business expansion efforts for the firm, developing and maintaining relationships with the investor and partnership base.

Prior to Golden Gate Global, Ms. Doolittle began her career in private client banking with J.P. Morgan and Merrill Lynch. She quickly expanded her expertise to include financial planning and advising for ultra-high-net-worth clients. In her prior role, she was a leading financial adviser at Fidelity Investments, managing a substantial portfolio exceeding $1 billion.

Over the past eight years, Ms. Doolittle has gained extensive experience working directly with ultra-high-net-worth families and executives from renowned technology firms and medical institutions across the United States. Her comprehensive understanding of complex financial landscapes enables her to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of her clients.

Aside from her professional career in the U.S, Ms. Doolittle is a young entrepreneur with a rich background in the entertainment and hospitality industries, having managed her family’s successful ventures in the Shanghai area. With the introduction of private property ownership in China in 2010, she developed a keen interest in real estate investment, launching six nightclubs, one hotel, and multiple mixed-use residential buildings.

Ms. Doolittle earned a BA in Marketing from Tianjin Foreign Studies University and a Master of Science in Business from Hult International Business School.

She’s fluent in both English and Mandarin.
