The Project Under Construction
Construction activities at The Mammoth Collection Rural EB-5 project are underway across multiple components of the development. Work has progressed on site preparation and structural setup for the Residence Inn by Marriott, including foundational and protective measures for winter conditions, as well as ongoing coordination with utility providers. At the Hampton Inn by Hilton, site mobilization and cleanup efforts are in progress as initial construction phases begin.
Construction Update - January 2026
Residence Inn by Marriott
- Completed excavation and grading to finish pad elevation on the eastern end of the property
- Installed form board for exterior building walls at lowered footings
- Rebar columns set at pad footings
- Property is weatherproofed to protect site for winter storms
- Quality control review of MEP, structural, and civil plans
- Coordination with utility, electrical, gas, and communication companies
Hampton Inn by Hilton
- Site clean-up and mobilization efforts are underway
