Golden Gate Global is pleased to share a new construction milestone as part of the ongoing progress on the Anasu Resort Phase 1A EB-5 Project. In March 2025, the construction of the resort's Sales Center located in the heart of San Francisco officially commenced.

In March 2025, the following construction activities were completed:

  • Safe-Off of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Systems
  • Selective Demolition of Existing Framing and Drywall
  • Selective Demolition of Existing Ceiling Framing and Cladding
  • Saw-Cutting and Excavation for New Footings for the Elevator and Structural Systems

These steps mark the initial phase of transformation for the Sales Center, which will serve as a key touchpoint for future buyers and visitors. The construction of the Sales Center is anticipated to be finished in Q3 of 2025.

The Anasu Resort is a rural EB-5 project located in the heart of California’s Wine Country. Spanning approximately 16,000 acres, this luxury resort and master-planned community is designed to offer world-class amenities in a breathtaking natural setting.

The project has received official approval from USCIS under Form I-956F, confirming its compliance with EB-5 requirements. Notably, 15+ early EB-5 investors have already received approvals for their applications for conditional green cards (I-526E Form). These approvals grant qualifying investors and their immediate family members the opportunity to live and work anywhere in the United States.

The Sales Center construction phase supports the project's money spending, contributing to the overall construction progress and strengthening the developer's commitment. As always, Golden Gate Global remains committed to the immigration goals of our investors by providing sustainable EB-5 real estate projects that fulfill all requirements for the EB-5 program.

As progress continues, further updates on construction milestones and job tracking will be provided.
