Exclusive EB-5 Investor Site Visit: Westcourt Downtown Orlando Project

Golden Gate Global recently organized an exclusive construction site visit for prospective EB-5 investors to the Westcourt Downtown Orlando Project, a major mixed-use development located next to the Kia Center, home of the Orlando Magic.

The visit gave investors a first-hand opportunity to tour the project site, explore the surrounding downtown location, and better understand the scale and vision behind Westcourt Downtown Orlando. Participants also had the opportunity to meet with the project's development team, JMA Ventures, and learn more about the construction progress, development timeline, and long-term potential of the project.

Adding a special Orlando sports connection to the visit, former NBA player Bo Outlaw joined EB-5 investors during the site tour. Outlaw is well known to Orlando basketball fans, having played more than six seasons with the Orlando Magic and continuing his relationship with the team as a Community Ambassador. His story also reflects dedication and resilience: after going undrafted, he built a 15-year NBA career and became a respected figure in the Orlando basketball community.

This site visit took place shortly after the project received I-956F approval from USCIS in just four months - a significant milestone for the project and its EB-5 investors. This approval timeline was notably faster than the current industry average processing timeline of 12+ months for many EB-5 project filings.

The Westcourt Downtown Orlando Project is designed to bring new hospitality, residential, entertainment, office, and parking components to the heart of downtown Orlando, directly adjacent to one of the city's most prominent sports and entertainment venues.
