Golden Gate Global, a leading EB-5 regional center headquartered in San Francisco, is proud to celebrate a significant achievement: its 150th I-526E petition approval after the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act took place in 2022.
This milestone highlights the firm’s strong track record of guiding investors through the EB-5 process while ensuring projects meet the highest USCIS compliance standards. Since the RIA took effect in 2022, Golden Gate Global has successfully launched and subscribed four EB-5 projects:
- Brooklyn Basin of Oakland Phase 2
- Appellation Sun Valley
- Anasu Resort Phase 1A
- The Healdsburg Vineyard Hotel by Appellation Hotels
The I-526E approval confirms both investor eligibility and project compliance, a critical step toward securing conditional green cards for EB-5 investors and their families. A conditional green card grants investors the right to live and work anywhere in the United States. It also provides tremendous freedom and peace of mind, including: freedom from employment sponsorship, relief from worries about constant visa rule changes, and elimination of reliance on the H-1B lottery.
To date, more than 150 families who invested in 4 post-RIA EB-5 projects, and over 1,200 families since the firm’s founding in 2011, have received conditional residency in the United States.
For Golden Gate Global, every approval represents more than a number; it marks the beginning of a family’s journey toward building a future in America.
