Golden Gate Global is pleased to share the latest construction update from Anasu Resort, a large-scale luxury development in California Wine Country.
Construction activity continues to expand across the resort, with progress underway on major roadways, infrastructure, the Emergency Response Center, and construction support facilities. The project also reached an important entitlement milestone in July 2026 with the approval of the Package 1 Tentative Tract Map.
Together, these developments mark continued progress across the broader Anasu Resort site as construction moves forward on multiple components simultaneously.
Major Roadway and Infrastructure Work Underway
A significant portion of current construction activity is focused on the resort’s primary roadway and infrastructure network.
The grading permit for Road 1A has been issued and contractor grading is now underway. The grading permit for Road 3C has also been issued, with land clearing, rock crushing, and rough grading currently in progress.
Roads 1 and 3 form part of the primary looped roadway running through the center of the Anasu Resort. These main roads are particularly important to the overall development because they will carry backbone infrastructure throughout the resort.
Emergency Response Center and Construction Facilities Progress
Work is also advancing on the Emergency Response Center (ERC). Following issuance of the grading permit, crews are proceeding with tree and brush removal, rock crushing, and rough grading.
At the same time, the project’s construction infrastructure is now in place. The construction office parcel has been graded, construction trailers have been set up, and utilities have been installed to support ongoing work across the development.
The San Francisco Anasu Sales Center, known as the “Anasu Club,” has also completed its planned improvements.
Package 1 Tentative Tract Map Approved
In July 2026, Anasu Resort reached another development milestone with the approval of the Package 1 Tentative Tract Map.
The approval comes alongside ongoing site preparation and infrastructure work and represents another step forward as development progresses across the resort.
EB-5 Progress Continues Alongside Construction
Construction progress across Anasu Resort continues alongside important EB-5 milestones. According to the most recent independent construction verification report from Cardinal Consulting, based on its review of project documentation and a recent site inspection, the project appears to be on track for completion.
As of July 2026, more than 135 I-526E petitions filed by Anasu Resort Phase 1A investors have been approved by USCIS, marking a significant immigration milestone for the project. Approval of Form I-526E confirms eligibility for the EB-5 program and represents an important step toward obtaining conditional permanent residency in the United States.
Meanwhile, investor interest in Anasu Resort Phase 2, Golden Gate Global’s current Rural EB-5 offering within the development, remains strong.
With the September 30, 2026 grandfathering deadline approaching, prospective investors considering Anasu Resort Phase 2 should complete their project due diligence and source-of-funds preparation soon. For more information about Anasu Resort Phase 2, please contact the Golden Gate Global team.
