Golden Gate Global is pleased to share the latest construction update for the Anasu Resort Phase 2 EB-5 Rural Project, where site preparation activities continue to gain momentum ahead of vertical construction.
Over the past several weeks, significant progress has been made across the project site. Grading operations have accelerated, while rock crushing and land clearing activities continue throughout the property.
The construction office parcel has now been fully graded, and the construction trailer has been installed and connected to on-site utilities. Site infrastructure continues to advance with three primary water wells successfully installed to support future development.
Additional recent milestones include:
- Site clearing and grading operations are actively progressing
- Rock crushing and boulder relocation continue across the property
- Entry landscaping has been completed, including installation of the project's signature trees
- Construction support facilities are now operational
As development advances, Golden Gate Global will continue providing investors with regular updates on construction progress and key project milestones.
The construction progress comes alongside continued immigration achievement for Anasu Resort Phase 1A investors. To date, Phase 1A investors have received more than 135 I-526E petition approvals, with additional approvals continuing to be issued on a regular basis.
These approvals represent an important milestone for investors and their families toward obtaining conditional permanent residency in the United States.
Building on the construction and immigration progress achieved by the first phase, Anasu Resort Phase 2 continues the project’s positive momentum and remains available for subscription by eligible EB-5 investors.
