Golden Gate Global Strengthens Its California EB-5 Leadership with The Mammoth Collection
Construction at The Mammoth Collection has reached approximately 33% completion, with work continuing across both hotel properties as the development advances toward its next major milestones.
The project recently achieved another important step with USCIS approval of its Form I-956F. The Mammoth Collection has also reached full subscription, demonstrating strong demand from EB-5 investors.
The project represents another significant addition to Golden Gate Global’s California portfolio. As the firm’s 17th approved EB-5 project in the state, The Mammoth Collection builds on more than a decade of experience identifying and supporting investment opportunities across California.
Since 2011, Golden Gate Global has maintained a strong focus on the state, where major industries including technology, entertainment, hospitality, tourism, real estate, and wine continue to support one of the country’s most dynamic economies. This long-term commitment has helped Golden Gate Global build one of the most extensive EB-5 project portfolios in California and establish a leading position in the market.
Residence Inn by Marriott: Foundation and Infrastructure Progress
Construction at the Mammoth Lakes Residence Inn by Marriott continues to advance, with grading, excavation, trenching, and underground plumbing underway.
Recent milestones include major concrete footing work, installation of the oil/water separator, and progress on the site's bio basin, which has received city approval for backfilling. Additional work includes foundation preparation, concrete columns, and ongoing site infrastructure improvements.
The project has also received the final primary electrical service plan from Southern California Edison, while construction teams continue coordinating the next phases of work.
Hampton Inn by Hilton: Interior Construction Advances
At the Hampton Inn by Hilton, rough framing and rough plumbing are complete, while work on electrical systems, HVAC, and fire sprinklers continues.
Insulation and drywall installation are progressing throughout the building, alongside site drainage and utility work. Recent milestones also include concrete work on the trash enclosure, the start of switchgear installation, and preparations for upcoming inspections.
Golden Gate Global will continue to provide updates as construction moves forward across The Mammoth Collection. For more information about The Mammoth Collection or other available EB-5 investment opportunities, please contact the Golden Gate Global team.
