NewsAnasu Project Investor Receives I-526E Approval in Just 10 Months
Golden Gate Global (GGG) is proud to announce that the Anasu Resort Phase 1A EB-5 Rural Project has received approval for its first investor’s I-526E petition from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The investor submitted the I-526E Form for a conditional green card in early February 2024 and received approval for the application just before Christmas 2024. The I-526E application approval by USCIS took only 10 months.

On August 16, 2024, the U.S. State Department (DOS) has announced that the annual limits for the Employment-Based Fifth Preference (EB-5) unreserved immigrant visa category have been met for FY 2024 .
